The organization was in the process of implementing updates to their mobile medical app and required training of updated workflows, while highlighting benefits of utilizing the app. As the original training materials were no longer available, a complete redesign of the course was necessary.
Additionally, while certain content needed to be tailored to specific job roles, the organization requested that all materials be housed within a single, cohesive training module to ensure that each user would only access the content relevant to their role.
A single module was developed by integrating content from the organization’s outdated training with updated screenshots and revised verbiage provided by Subject Matter Experts.
To simulate real-world app use for learners, the module featured interactive elements such as phone-based screen navigation, video walkthroughs of key workflows, and scenario-based exercises for responding to common patient questions. Branching elements were included to allow learners to select their job title, ensuring they received role-specific content and optimized their training time. A short knowledge check assessment was included at the end of the training.
