After multiple discussions, four micro-eLearning modules and a corresponding printable checklist would be designed and distributed to the required audience.
The eLearnings were comprised of interactive videos where the procedures and tasks were displayed via video, and pop-ups would identify each item in more detail. A recap would be provided at the end of each module to reinforce the required components of opening and closing a site.
The printable checklist was attached to the module, and the learners were instructed to utilize it on their rounds.
