The organization identified a need for a standardized Patient Experience training program to ensure consistency across multiple locations while accommodating demanding clinical schedules.
The initiative aimed to improve patient satisfaction, support retention and loyalty, enhance clinical outcomes, reduce complaints, and build a stronger team culture.
Five micro-learning modules were developed and packaged into learning path within the LMS to deliver content in a flexible, self-paced format.
Click-to-reveal interactions helped to break up content into bite-sized segments, and specific modules included realistic scenarios where each “patient” was given a unique AI-generated voice to reinforce key concepts while creating an immersive and engaging learning experience.
