Multiple eLearning modules were developed for the organization’s Patient Experience initiative. This specific eLearning was geared towards the Clinical staff and providers, and aimed to reinforce the appropriate actions to take during a patient’s visit.
An initial introduction module was assigned; those who completed it attended a live, in-person session, and this reinforcement module was assigned a month after the in-person session was completed.
This custom eLearning included a pre-test - based on the learner's score, they would either need to review content, or could proceed to the "gameboard", where each tile presents the learner with a different scenario-based question.
